Each module consists of theoretical information on the one hand and a few exercises on the other. Be free to choose the exercises, not everyone likes every exercise. We offer you a workbook in which you can find all exercises and templates: Workbook lifestyle. Click on it to download and print it but of course, you can also do the exercises on paper or in your head. However, we recommend you to write down the answers as this will bring more positive effects.
