Tip 1:
Few shifts in succession (max of 3 and then change or even have a rest day)
Tip 2:
Avoid permanent night work
Tip 3:
Maximum 5-7 working days (take then your weekend or a day off)
Tip 4:
Try to avoid extended shifts (> 8h)
Tip 5:
Try to avoid long shift systems
Tip 6:
Adequate resting time between two shifts (>11h)
Tip 7:
Avoid single working days between days off
For example: You have three days off, Monday you’re at home, Tuesday you’re at work, and Wednesday you’re again at home, so try to shift this that you’re at home on Monday and Tuesday, so that you can start again on Wednesday.
Tip 8:
Try to have a regular system of rotation
