Sleep

Are you interested in finding out your sleep patterns or are you looking for a way to improve your sleep quality and sleep quantity? In this online training we are offering you the opportunity to find out whether or not you experience difficulties with sleep – either falling asleep or staying asleep, and ways to optimize your sleep. Find the way to a better night of sleep and get more energized at work.

Too tired to follow this sleep workshop? Take a nap first! But keep it short. Why? To boost your mood and energy levels in the early afternoon a nap of maximum 20 minutes is just perfect. And there is more. Recently is discovered that you not only need sleep after learning to save those memories, but also before learning so your brain is well rested to receive and store information for memory processing. Although, try not to doze off after 3 p.m. because it can mess up your nighttime sleep.

This online training consists of four main modules. In every module some (theoretical) information and some exercises are given. However, not everyone likes every exercise to the same degree. Feel free to choose which exercise you think will help you the most. There are different ways to make the exercises. On the one hand you can use the templates that we have made for you. On the other hand you can also just make them on a sheet of paper or in your head. We advise you to write the answers down since this has a positive effect on the transfer.

As this workshop is scientifically based, you can find in-depth information and the scientific research on the topics discussed at the end of the e-learning. So, just in case you are interested, check out the references.
