The amount of sleep by age

As explained in the video, the amount of sleep that each individual requires, varies and changes with ages. 

Adults need 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. But because each person is different, you need to judge whether you feel energetic and alert after 7 hours of sleep, or if you’d benefit from an hour or two more or less.

At the end of the workshop, you will discover how many hours of sleep you need by experimenting with your own sleep pattern!
